FIRST SEMESTER EXAMS
Exams start on 7th October and end on 19th October. School will end earlier from Monday 10th October onwards.
Diwali vacation is from 20th October to 8th November

All parents are to ensure that fees for the academic year 2021-2022 are cleared .A letter needs to be submitted if there are pending fees from previous academic year(s)- requesting permission to clear pending fees in instalments.

Forms will be available in the school office from 1st November onwards from 8am to 11am on working days.Sale of forms will be stopped after 3 days depending on the number of applications
DIWALI HOLIDAYS
The Diwali Holidays for this academic year are from 1st November to 18th November.Friday 19th November is also a holiday. So school will reopen for classes 1 – 9 on 21st November 2021
Diwali Holidays for Class 10 students has been shortened. Class 10 students are to return to class on 15th November 2021

- Please ensure that you have paid at least 8 months tuition fee of the previous academic year. (Remaining fees can be cleared by the end of November 2021)
Fees for month of June are to be paid on or before 10th June .

FINAL EXAM TIME TABLES
REGARDING FINAL EXAMS
The final examinations for the academic year 2020 – 2021 have been tentatively scheduled to end on the 12th of April 2021.
However,keeping in mind the uncertainty of the situation,parents are advised not to book tickets to travel outstation till the 1st of May just in case the final exam dates need to be changed.
DECEMBER VACATIONS
School will close on the 24th of December and reopen on 4th January 2021
MID TERM EXAMS
Mid term exams are tentatively scheduled to be held in the first week and second week of November. The exam will be conducted online. Details will be given to the parents.
The academic year 2020 – 2021 started on the 15th of June.
Students of all classes have been divided into groups of 20 or less.
Teachers will be taking classes on Zoom and utilising study cloud,diksha and other online material to teach the students.
The process will be reviewed after the first two weeks.
EXAM RESULTS
As declared by the Education Department there will be no Final Examination this year due to the Covid 19 health emergency.Students from classes 1 to 8 will be promoted to the next class.Students of class 9 will be promoted to class 10 on the basis of the results of the First Semester Examination ( + Grace marks as applicable according to the rules)
Students who have not secured passing marks even after addition of Grace Marks will have to do a Re -Exam in those subjects.
The schedule for the re- exam will be announced once the Lockdown Period ends.
ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING
The new date for the ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING is saturday 21st March.
THE SCHOOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR HOLI ON TUESDAY 10TH OF MARCH.(The holiday has wrongly been marked as Monday 9th March in the calendar)
Please note the following
- Secondary School will close at 9: 15 am on Tuesday 18th February due to the fact that SAS is a centre for the HSC English examination on that day.:Primary school will close 20 minutes earlier.
- Wednesday 19th February is a holiday ( Shivaji Jayanti)
- Thursday 20th February is a holiday ( Annual Staff Picnic)
- Friday 21st February is a holiday ( Mahashivratri)
Please note change in the date for OPEN DAY after the 2nd Unit Test.
The OPEN Day will be on 15th February and not on 8th February as stated in the Calendar
ADMISSIONS TO JR KG FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2020 – 2021
Application forms will be available in the school office on 1st and 2nd November during office hours ( 8:00 am to 12: 00 noon )
Study Leave
A reminder that the 7th of October is declared a holiday for the good SSC Results we had this year.
SATURDAY 28th SEPTEMBER
Parents please note that Saturday 28th september will be a working day.Students will leave school at 11: 10 am.
FIRST UNIT TEST
The first unit test will start from 5th August onwards.Exam will end on 8th August for classes 1 to 8 and on 13th August for classes 9 and 10.
Students do not have to come to school on the 9th of August- on the ocassion of Adivasi Day.

SSC RESULTS 2019
The SSC Batch of 2019 secured an overall pass percentage of 98.54 %
81 students scored distinctions and 85 students scored first class marks.
31 students secured a second class and 6 secured pass class marks.
3 students received ATKT results.
Mihir Rumao topped the school with 95.8% marks.
