The view that once was ours

Some time ago there was an article on the site about the birds that visit the campus.Those birds are lucky.

Only they can see the now the glorious view that was once visible from our school.

We could see all the way across to the salt pans and then to the distant hills on the other side of the highway.

When Br Keane took the salute and watched the drills – he could also see the beautiful view stretching out in front of him.

This magnificent view of the pristine wide open spaces of Vasai was visible till sometime in the mid 90’s.Then the buildings started coming up.

Now only the birds can see it and we are left with the memory..
