Lakes of Vasai

Visitors to Vasai sometimes head here because of the lakes they can view.The well known lakes include Pelhar Lake, Gokhivere Lake, and Tungareshwar Lake. These lakes provide water for local use, support farming, and also attract birds, tourists and other forms of wildlife.Apart from the larger lakes Vasai is also dotted with several of their smaller siblings- namely lovely little ponds or talavs.
