Class 9 Singing Competition 2024

Class 9 gathered in the school hall for the Inter Class Singing Competition on the 16th of August.

Chinmay Arun from class 9A was first on stage and he sang a song about endurance and perserverance in the face of difficulities. Here he is with Ruk Jaana Nahin

He was followed Aaryan Kanojia,also from 9A,who sang an old favourite –Hai apna dil

Participants from 9B came on next- starting with Elhaan S singing a song he dedicated to the memory of Sushant S Rajput. He sang Khairyat Pucho

Pranjal Tripathi from 9B was the next participant.He sang Kesariya

Spandan Amare,also from 9B,was next. He attempted a very difficult song by Arjit Singh called Satranga.

After that we had a solitary participant from class 9C. Rylan Pereira sang Close to the sun

Sarthak Kadam from 9D was next with a song called Mera Mulk Mera Desh .The video recording of his onstage performance did not come out too well.So here he is during a practice session- singing the same song.

Aayush Chakravarti of class 9D came up next with another old favourite- Muskurane ki Wajah

After that we had Dhairya Gautam of 9D presenting an even older favourite – Gulabi Aankhen

Shouvick Ghosh of 9D came on next and rocked the stage with his performance of “Believer”

The final performance of the day was by Rehan Khan and Daniel Machado. They presented a duet version of “Perfect”

Congratulations to all the participants for giving us a very enjoyable morning of singing. Well done.Special Congratulations to Daniel (Guitar) ,Sarthak (Bongos) and Levi ( Keyboard) for accompanying many of the singers and also for all the time you gave to them in the practice sessions.
