10D vs 10B

10D continued their unbeaten run in the tournament.They beat 10 B by a very convincing margin of 4 goals to nothing and have therefore moved into the semi finals. Class 10B on the other hand are left with the bitter remnants of dreams turned to dust. Despite their best efforts they did not manage to win a single game they played. However if there is a prize for the best dressed team they would surely win it.

They had the most attractively designed kits of all the eight teams.Can’t say better luck next time to them as there is no next time for those in class 10. So well played 10 B and all the best to 10 D for the semi finals.

10 A v/s 9B

Class 9B have been the dark horses of this tournament. They bounced back from a 4-0 loss in the first game and won their second game 2-1. In their last league game they took an early 3 goal lead against 10A and looked to be sailing away to a convincing victory.However 10A fought back and made it 3-2 . Class 9B once again defended deep and defended well to hold on to that remaining one goal lead till the end. Heartbeak for Class 10A who came very close to scoring that desperately needed equaliser.In the end they ran out of time.

The other 2 semifinalists will be known after the final two league games are played tomorrow. Class 10C are surely going to make it. The odds are evenly distributed between 9A,9B and 9C to become the fourth semifinalist . All three have a realistic chance to go through. Each of them is facing a must win game. Whichever team wins goes through.
