Murphy House are on fire. They have officially won the Inter House Championship for the fifth time.Maybe its time to just rename the Inter House Trophy after them. Maybe “The Murphy Cup”? Or perhaps “The Eternal Trophy of Murphy”?
Their victory was dominant, masterful, unstoppable and also definitely annoying for the other houses. Keane House tried to be mean opponents but were not good enough.Gomes House though undeniably the best in the geographical directions of east or west just couldnt catch up even so.And Whiting House,well – they kept fighting.But to no avail.
Murphy House triumphed again. Four wins on the trot from 2021 and one in 2018 makes them the most formidable house in school.(Five wins can’t be put down to luck—they must be getting some heavenly assistance from a certain Br Murphy stationed there.)
So, congratulations Sean,Chinmay,Varun,Teerth and Ronil. Well done.
And congratulations again to Murphy House. Maybe next year, some other house will take the crown. But based on history… probably not.
