5 students of our school from classes 9/10 ( Cristiano Dsouza,Varun Kurup,Keilan Naik,Kartik Singh and Andrew Bhonsle) accompanied by teachers (Ms Joyce Pinto and Ms Ranjeeta Gomes) are participating in an Inter School Workshop on the facing the challenges posed by the plague of misinformation created by fake news on social media platforms.
The workshop is being conducted by an organisation called News Didi . Apart from St Augustine’s School,teachers and students from two of our schools (St Vincent’s and St Patrick’s – Asansol) are also participating in the program.
